Rules – Share Port Huron

Official #SharePortHuron Contest Rules

*Entries will be accepted until Wednesday, August 31st.*

All entries must be submitted through wbti.com, wsaq.com, rock1055.com wphm.net or 927whlx.com to be eligible. Entries will be accepted from August 8th, 2022 through September 2nd, 2022. Once entries are received, approved entries will be posted to #SharePortHuron Facebook within two full business days after the day of submission.

Must be 18 years or older to enter. Station and Sponsor employees and their immediate families are not eligible. Each entrant is only eligible to win one time regardless of the number of entries submitted.

All contest entries will become the property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. *Photos with watermarks (image, logo, or text placed over the photograph) will not be accepted. Entrants give the Station and all contest sponsors the right to use photos or videos in any promotional materials. (i.e. Broadcasts, online, print, billboard, etc.)

Photos and videos must be in good taste, and not contain any watermark, image, logo, or text placed over the photograph. The Station reserves the right to deny any entries and has final decision on all requested entries. Station assumes no liability for posting pictures/videos of individuals on photo or video. When entering, contestant acknowledges they took entry, and owns the rights to said entry and gives Station full consent to utilize picture or video.

Release
By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, RadioFirst, Liggett Communications, LLC., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won.

Liggett Communications, LLC undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, death, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). Liggett Communications, LLC is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. Winners must inspect their prizes before leaving the station.

License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for Liggett Communications, LLC and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant’s name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.

General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on a contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant’s disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. Entrants are encouraged to ask members of the public to vote for their Entry; however, inappropriate conduct means entrants are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means. Such inappropriate means include, but are not limited to, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, vote farming, using social media platforms 'like exchanges' or similar services where 'likes' may be bought or exchanged with other social media users, establishing fake social media profiles for the sole purpose of winning the Contest; or engaging in any other activity that artificially inflates the entrant’s votes. Any entrant determined by Sponsor and/or its representative to be engaging in such conduct will be disqualified, and the corresponding votes and Entry to which such votes relate shall be subject to disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Liggett Communications, LLC reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in Liggett Communications, LLC’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by Liggett Communications, LLC. or its affiliates. Liggett Communications, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Contest and these Official Rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement.
